Residency	Definitions
In District	Residents within the Bentonville/Rogers school district who have lived in the state of Arkansas for 6+ months before classes begin.
Out of District	Residents outside Bentonville/Rogers who have lived in the state of Arkansas for 6+ months before classes begin.
Contiguous County	Residents of Adair and Delaware counties in Oklahoma, and Barry and McDonald counties in Missouri.
Out of State	Those who haven't lived in Arkansas for 6 consecutive months before the first day of class but are U.S. citizens or legal residents. 🚨 Students without a Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) on file will be charged the out of state tuition rate.
International	Students who are neither U.S. citizens nor legal residents and meet Immigration and Naturalization Service requirements.
